If the fourth dimension is time, does that mean we are constantly moving in the fourth dimension?

No. Time is not a spatial dimension (Space is!). ‘ To ‘Move’ is a spatial reference.

Time is the dimension of change.

We are constantly changing in the fourth dimension.
